Airtable is a SaaS (Software as a Service) application, which is a combination of Excel and databases with an accessible interface available through a web browser. It is extremely universal and can be used for an unlimited number of tasks such as: project management, CRM, customer database, CMS, etc. Thanks to the extensions available in the paid version of the software, we can visualize data, convert it into PDF files, connect with Google Maps or enter data from other websites or e-mails with just two clicks.
Airtable is a tool used by large and well-known companies, charities, foundations, but also by small local businesses and companies. The catalogue called Airtable Universe contains a large number of pre-made models adapted to different purposes, e.g. for event organisation, project management etc.
The basic version of the software is available free of charge and allows you to save up to 5000 records in one database.
Integromat is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application, allowing for graphical creation and design of simple automation, but also very complex data integration solutions.
By many users, it is also known as Zapier on steroids, because its capabilities, as well as the cost of use, are disproportionately better than what Zapier offers by its standard.
The most important features of the software include: the ability to integrate any service with API, integration of smartphones, browsers based on Chromium/Blink engine, advanced data processing functions including support (import/export/parsing): JSON, XML, file processing etc.
The use of most of the software's functions is free of charge and only when using the service much more intensively you have to reckon with paying fees.

Zapier is the best known SaaS (Software as a Service) software, allowing for the integration and automation of various applications. It certainly offers the largest number of applications currently on the market that work directly with the platform, but it is much less flexible or universal (but thus easier to use) than, for example, Integromat or IFTTT (IF This Then That).
Zapier offers a free version with certain restrictions, but other than that, this software is also quite expensive.
IFTTT (If this then that) is one of the first services and solutions to automate many operations that have appeared on the Internet. For unknown reasons, this service has not been able to introduce plans for the more demanding and advanced users for quite a long time, and it seems to have slept through its time to place itself on the market for business-oriented services. Despite this, it is the most popular platform when it comes to the consumer industry and IoT (Internet of Things), i.e. various types of intelligent refrigerators, washing machines, robot hoovers, light bulbs, thermostats, data servers (QNAP) and so on.
For individual users, the software offers many free applets.
Monkey Learn is a machine learning service operating in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model. One of the most common tasks for which machine learning is currently used is the analysis of unstructured data, i.e. data whose content is often similar, but is transmitted in a different, not identical form. Signatures in e-mails, for example, are a good example here. Company signatures differ in what they look like and what they contain, but in 90% of the footnotes, we find information such as: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company name or tax identification number.
The solution has several built-in models and, in the free version, makes it possible to create one own model - i.e. to teach the software what kind of data we are looking for in a given collection, e.g. text, by introducing specific examples and using it 300 times. The paid package costs from about $300 per month. Monkey learn enables integration with other applications, e.g. using API.
JotForm is an easy to configure and very functional tool for creating forms. It offers a number of ready-made templates and allows you to build new ones for your own needs.
The offer includes both a free plan, which allows you to send 100 forms a month, and several paid options. The tool is integrated with many others, such as Integromat, AirTable, Google Drive etc. Apart from the computer version, JotForm also offers an application for iPhone and Android.
